North East Marketing Awards 2022
The Route team celebrated the region’s success stories at the North East Marketing Awards 2022. Thanks to Jess Sinton and Nigel Wright Recruitment for inviting Route’s MD Darren Davidson to the event – and congratulations to all of the inspiring winners, celebrating the wealth of creativity and talent in the North East.
Route Christmas Party
The whole Route team celebrated the festive season at Tomahawk Steakhouse followed by karaoke – a jam-packed evening of secret santa gifts, reflection on the past 12 months and the team’s self-voted awards, from Best Banter to MVP and Fan Favourite. Here’s to a few more mulled wines before the big day.
Meet Ben Dascombe, Director
Ben Dascombe, Route’s Director, started out in marketing in the 90s on the client side before 17 years running a London media agency, helping launch household names including Betfair, Not On The High Street and PayPal. Based at Royal Tunbridge Wells, Ben oversees Route’s southern team across Kent and Sussex.
2022 Review
Route’s team looks back on a jam-packed 2022: new clients including Environment Bank and Metrocentre, six new team members, a Northern Digital Awards win for work with The Union, Molly Hughes’ promotion, yard sponsorship with Tom Dascombe, and plenty of team socials and training along the way.
