How do you run a public sector campaign that reaches every community and stands up to scrutiny?
By planning for diverse audiences from the start and reporting in a way that answers to the public purse. We are a Bloom-accredited supplier and have delivered behaviour-change and community-safety campaigns for local authorities, police forces and government-funded schemes across out of home, paid social, digital display and paid search.
Who this is for
Communications and public health teams in local authorities, combined authorities, police forces and government-funded programmes. If your work has to reach every part of a community, change behaviour and prove value for public money, this is our territory.
Why Route
Because we are set up for public procurement and accountability. We are a Bloom accredited supplier and hold ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, so we can be appointed through the frameworks you use, handle data responsibly, and report transparently against every objective.
Our experience in the public sector
We have delivered public sector and local authority campaigns for clients including Stop Smoking London, the Safer Streets programme and the London Tobacco Alliance, across health, community safety and behaviour change.
For Safer Streets, a community-safety campaign for Darlington Borough Council and Durham Constabulary aimed at reducing misogynistic behaviour among young men, we ran out of home, DOOH, paid social and digital display across the Darlington Local Authority area, and more than 90% of site visitors were new users. For Stop Smoking London, a government-funded scheme spanning London boroughs, we have run digital paid media, paid search and social across Stoptober bursts and a twelve-month always-on campaign promoting the free NHS Quit Smoking app.
Public sector budgets carry a duty to spend well. We plan around that, targeting tightly so activity reaches the people a programme is meant to help, and reporting so the outcome can be examined.

Are you on public sector procurement frameworks?
We are a Bloom accredited supplier, which allows public bodies to appoint us through a compliant route, and we hold ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 for quality and information security.
How do you reach diverse communities fairly?
We plan audience by audience, using targeting and channel choices that reflect how different communities consume media, so a campaign reaches the whole population it is meant to serve rather than the easiest segment.
Can you demonstrate value for public money?
Yes. We agree objectives and measures up front, target tightly to reduce waste, and report transparently so officers, members and auditors can scrutinise spend and outcomes.
Do you handle sensitive behaviour-change topics?
We do. Our work spans smoking cessation and community safety, including a Safer Streets campaign tackling misogynistic behaviour, where message, targeting and tone all need careful handling.
