Can Route pass your procurement and due diligence checks?
Yes - and this page is built for the people who have to ask. Route Agency Limited holds ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certification, is a Bloom accredited supplier, holds the Link Up Stamp at Silver, is an Achilles Network member, is an Armed Forces Covenant signatory, and is an accredited Living Wage Employer.
Accreditations and certifications
ISO 9001 - Quality Management
Certified quality management across how we plan, buy, report and review. For clients this means documented processes, consistent delivery standards, and a management system that is independently audited rather than self-declared.
ISO 27001 - Information Security
Certified information security management. Client data, campaign data and platform access are governed by audited controls - a common requirement for financial services, public sector and healthcare-adjacent briefs, met as standard.
Bloom Accredited Supplier
Accredited on the Bloom marketplace for public sector procurement, giving councils, combined authorities and other public bodies a compliant, pre-vetted route to appoint Route without a full open tender.
Link Up Stamp (Silver)
Supplier assurance for the rail and transport sector at Silver level, evidencing vetted safety, quality and business standing for transport industry buyers.
Achilles Network (Member Plus)
Membership of the Achilles supplier assurance network at Member Plus level - independent verification of our financial, legal and operational standing used by utilities and infrastructure buyers.
Achilles Sustainability Rating (four stars)
Our 2026 sustainability assessment with Achilles, covering environmental, social, governance and financial measures, earned a four-star rating. Buyers use it to compare suppliers on social value and responsible procurement.
Armed Forces Covenant
Route is an Armed Forces Covenant signatory, committed to supporting the armed forces community in how we employ and do business. The commitment is championed within Route by Martyn King, our Client Growth and Strategic Development Director and a former British Army soldier.
Living Wage Employer
Route is an accredited Living Wage Employer, paying the real Living Wage - the rate independently calculated to meet the cost of living, rather than the government minimum. It is a commitment that social value and responsible procurement assessments increasingly ask suppliers to evidence.
Policy asset bank
The documents legal and procurement teams ask for most, in one place.
Awards
Accreditations show we are safe to appoint; the awards show what the work goes on to do. Route has won seventeen industry awards since 2020, judged by bodies including the UK Paid Media Awards, the Prolific North Marketing Awards and the Northern Digital Awards.
