Modern Slavery Policy
Route Agency Limited's voluntary commitment to preventing slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chain, and how to raise a concern.
Our commitment
Route Agency Limited is committed to acting ethically and with integrity, and to doing what we can to make sure there is no slavery, servitude, forced labour or human trafficking anywhere in our business or our supply chain. This is a voluntary policy statement setting out our approach; we are not publishing it as a statutory statement under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act.
Our business and supply chain
As a media planning and buying agency our supply chain is mainly other businesses - media owners and their sales houses, technology and data platforms, production and creative suppliers, and professional-service providers. We consider the risk of modern slavery within this type of supply chain to be low, but we do not treat any risk as negligible.
Due diligence in practice
We work with established, reputable suppliers and partners, and we expect them to meet the same standards of lawful and ethical conduct that we hold ourselves to. Where we have concerns about a supplier's practices, we raise them and, if they are not resolved, we are prepared to end the relationship. We keep this approach under review as our business grows.
Raising a concern
Anyone with a concern about modern slavery connected to Route or our suppliers can raise it with us in confidence by emailing info.route@route.agency. We take every concern seriously and will look into it.
