We’re celebrating and saying congratulations to Account Executive Amy Hart for passing her six-month probationary period – with flying colours!
It’s a milestone in her new career and when it comes to our people, supporting them to be their very best at every level is a top priority. That includes all our emerging talent, who benefit from active ‘on the job’ mentoring and external training provision.
Amy has impressed us from day one with her commitment and professionalism. Always up for a coffee and bursting with new ideas Amy’s passion for the industry is evident throughout her work – as well as outside of work as in 2022 she completed her Marketing masters at Northumbria University.
Sarah Thomas, Amy’s manager, said: “Amy has been a great addition to the social team and has really hit the ground running in all aspects of her role. Her willingness to learn and proactive attitude makes her a breath of fresh air to work with. As Amy begins to take on her own clients, I am looking forward to seeing how she steps up to the challenge and continues to grow. But for now, to the pub we go!”
